Mental Health Presentation: Removal of Risk Levels

The risk levels (mild, moderate, severe, extreme) from the IPAP Suicide Risk Assessment Tool (Table 3.75) have been removed, as NICE guidance advises against using these scales for suicide and self-harm. The IPAP Suicide Risk Assessment Tool is still included in JRCALC guidance and may be referred to, but no longer contains the ‘mild/moderate/severe/extreme’ labels.
