Primary Assessment Question

There has been some confusion regarding Question 4 of the Paramedic Primary Assessment for thrombolysis.

It should be noted that the current Primary Assessment states (asks):

4. Can you confirm that the symptoms started less than 3 hours ago?

As more audit data becomes available this limit (and that for age?) may be reconsidered but until that time this three hour limit will continue to be recommended.
